By participating in the Knott Bound Studios Volunteer Contributor Program (KBS VCP), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:
1.1. The KBS VCP is open to non-employee volunteer contributors who have signed a Knott Bound Studios Volunteer Agreement.
1.2. Participants must be of legal age in their respective jurisdiction or have obtained the necessary consent from a legal guardian.

Volunteer Contributor Points (VCPs):
2.1. Volunteer Contributor Points (VCPs) are non-monetary tokens represented on the WAX Blockchain.
2.2. VCPs hold no intrinsic monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
2.3. VCPs can be traded or transacted within the blockchain ecosystem.

Task Assignments:
3.1. Tasks eligible for earning VCPs will be assigned by Knott Bound Studios.
3.2. Participants may choose to accept or decline task assignments based on their availability and interest.
3.3. Task assignments will specify the VCP value associated with the task.
3.4. Participants must complete the assigned tasks within the specified time frame to receive VCPs.

VCP Validation and Distribution:
4.1. The validation of completed tasks and distribution of VCPs will be conducted by Knott Bound Studios.
4.2. Knott Bound Studios reserves the right to review and validate task submissions based on quality and adherence to guidelines.
4.3. VCPs will be distributed to participants’ blockchain wallet addresses within a reasonable time frame after task validation.

Code of Conduct:
5.1. Participants must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respectful and professional behavior.
5.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior towards other participants will not be tolerated.
5.3. Volunteer Contributors must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by Knott Bound Studios for each task.

Termination:
6.1. Knott Bound Studios reserves the right to terminate a volunteer contributor’s involvement in the KBS VCP at any time and for any reason.
6.2. Volunteer Contributors may choose to voluntarily withdraw from the KBS VCP by notifying Knott Bound Studios in writing.

Modification of Guidelines:
7.1. Knott Bound Studios reserves the right to modify or update the KBS VCPs guidelines at any time.
7.2. Volunteer Contributors will be notified of any changes through official communication channels.

Limitation of Liability:
8.1. Knott Bound Studios shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the KBS VCP.
8.2. Volunteer Contributors engage in the program voluntarily and at their own risk.

Governing Law:
9.1. The KBS VCP and these guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Knott Bound Studios is based.

By participating in the KBS VCP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of your Volunteer Contributor role in the program.
